The view of technological innovation in coal industry under the vision of carbon neutralization

Abstract This paper analyzed the current situation and development trends of energy consumption carbon emissions, trend coal in China. In context recently established peak neutralization targets, this put forward main problems associated with green low-carbon utilization coal. Five key technological innovation directions mining were proposed, including development, intelligent efficient mining, conversion coal, conservation emission reduction, capture, storage (CCUS). Focusing on above directions, it is suggested to carry out three basic theories, theory clean transformation CCUS. Meanwhile, proposed develop 12 technologies, ecological environment protection, mine construction, technologies equipment for processing, underground gasification ultra-high parameter ultra-supercritical power generation technology, flexible coal-fired new cycle coal-based special fuels, bulk specialty chemicals, large-scale low-cost CO 2 storage. Finally, necessary measures from governmental perspective also proposed.
